About Nadia

 

Nadia is a graduate of the British College of Osteopathic Medicine with a Master's in Osteopathy and a Diploma in Naturopathy. Nadia is a registered Osteopath with the General Osteopathic Council (GOsC) and is a licensed Advanced Clinical Massage Therapist (ACMT) certified in clinical and sports massage, deep tissue massage and medical acupuncture.

Nadia has over 13 years of experience in working and developing her skillset in
clinical and remedial massage using a variety of soft tissue therapy styles and
techniques. She is highly experienced in therapeutic massage treatments to
promote relaxation for the treatment of acute and chronic pain management. In
addition to structural osteopathy, and manual treatment therapies, spinal
adjustments and articulations Nadia has furthered her skillset and added The
Perrin Technique to her practice.

Nadia has an interest and is furthering her skills in studying acupuncture for the
treatment of headaches and chronic pain conditions.

Nadia works with clients from a range of backgrounds, from elite athletes looking to optimise their sporting performance to individuals with chronic pain who would like assistance with symptom management. For over a decade, Nadia has helped clients relieve the pain of injuries, deal with chronic pain, reduce stress, tension and simply maintain good health.
