About Addison

 

Addison is a fully qualified osteopath and graduate of the European School of Osteopathy. With training in cranial osteopathy and a Level 4 qualification in Sports Massage Therapy, she brings a hands-on, integrative approach to treatment, grounded in the belief that the body functions as one interconnected whole.
 

She has experience treating a wide range of musculoskeletal and structural complaints and is committed to providing thoughtful, personalised care to each patient. Her longstanding interest in fatigue-related conditions led her to train in the Perrin Technique, which now forms a central part of her clinical practice.
 

Addison believes in working collaboratively with her patients, taking time to ensure they are fully informed, heard, and actively involved in their care. She focuses on developing tailored treatment plans and offering clear, supportive guidance to help patients better understand their symptoms and the options available to them. Her approach is centred around open communication, shared
decision-making, and empowering individuals to feel confident and supported in their journey towards recovery and long-term wellbeing.
