About Addison
Addison is a fully qualified osteopath and graduate of the European School of Osteopathy. With training in cranial osteopathy and a Level 4 qualification in Sports Massage Therapy, she brings a hands-on, integrative approach to treatment, grounded in the belief that the body functions as one interconnected whole.
She has experience treating a wide range of musculoskeletal and structural complaints and is committed to providing thoughtful, personalised care to each patient. Her longstanding interest in fatigue-related conditions led her to train in the Perrin Technique, which now forms a central part of her clinical practice.
Addison also has extensive experience working with babies and supporting new parents through those early, often overwhelming months. Addison regularly treats babies with various symptoms including:
• Reflux.
• Constipation.
• Feeding difficulties (including tongue-tie–related challenges).
• Head preference.
• General musculoskeletal discomfort.
Many parents seek Addison’s expertise simply for reassurance and a gentle check-in to ensure their baby is developing well. Addison is also frequently referred babies by midwives, health visitors, and tongue-tie specialists - either to help “settle” a baby with cranial osteopathy or to support recovery following a rapid birth, caesarean section, or any experience that may have caused shock to the system.
During each appointment, Addison assesses developmental milestones and reflexes before providing gentle structural and cranial techniques tailored to the baby’s individual needs.

Addison believes in working collaboratively with her patients, taking time to ensure they are fully informed, heard, and actively involved in their care. She focuses on developing tailored treatment plans and offering clear, supportive guidance to help patients better understand their symptoms and the options available to them.
Her approach is centred around open communication, shared decision-making, and empowering individuals to feel confident and supported in their journey towards recovery and long-term wellbeing.
