How the Perrin technique in London can benefit you

Perrin technique in London

At Rakhee Osteopathy we understand how awful it can be to suffer on a daily basis because of chronic fatigue syndrome or ME, as well as other things such as Lyme disease. We want to help you reduce your symptoms and increase the ease of your recovery, and we do this through using a technique that has been being developed for more than thirty years now. The Perrin technique in London was developed by Dr Ray Perrin and published in the British Medical Journal in November 2017 as an aid for diagnosing CFS/ME. If you are suffering from chronic fatigue syndrome (ME) and feel as if this osteopathic technique may benefit you, we encourage you to have an online assessment through our website or call our practice to arrange an appointment at a time that is convenient for you.

What does this technique help with?

The Perrin technique in London has established itself as being a beneficial osteopathic technique for those who are suffering from conditions such as ME otherwise known as chronic fatigue syndrome. In addition to this it has also been discovered that it delivers some benefits to patients who are suffering from Lyme disease and fibromyalgia. At Rakhee Osteopathy we want to make sure that we do everything we can to make our patients as comfortable as possible, tailoring their treatment to suit them. Our clinic is fully licensed, and Rakhee Mediratta has been successfully providing this treatment for more than ten years.

Dr Perrin’s theory suggests that people suffering from the above conditions are exposed to a variety of stress factors that cause their sympathetic nervous system to overload. These factors can be a variety of things, ranging from things such as emotional stress to bacterial or viral stress, environmental stress to physical stress as well. This overload can cause toxins to build up around the spinal cord and/or brain, and people who suffer from chronic fatigue syndrome or ME are unable to rid their body of these toxins in the same way as someone who is not suffering from this or a similar condition, meaning that they then end up with an additional build up of congested toxins.

Do you want to discover more about this technique?

The Perrin technique in London has been developed continuously over the last thirty years by Dr Ray Perrin, but now he is sharing his knowledge with us through his book, which is about diagnosis and treatment of chronic fatigue syndrome, and fibromyalgia. Whilst this book focuses mainly on the diagnosis and treatment of the mentioned conditions, Dr Perrin also discusses lifestyle habits and a variety of other treatments amongst other things that can help someone who is recovering from chronic fatigue syndrome. We are proud to say that our practitioner Rakhee Mediratta now works with Dr Ray Perrin, delivering training courses in this treatment to other people. If you yourself wish to pursue a career in osteopathy and delivering this technique, you are able to get in touch with us through our website.
